What is a Cutler Relo One agent?

A Cutler Relo One agent is no longer actively engaged in listing and sales transactions, however, they may generate income by referring their valued friends/family and past clients to an active Cutler Real Estate Realtor within our market area, or a Leading RE broker through Cutler Real Estates Relocation Department.

Does a Relo One Agent pay for E&O Insurance or MLS Dues?

No, since you are not actively practicing real estate.

Does a Relo One Agent need Continuing Education?

Yes, you must maintain an active license with the state of Ohio, and must keep up with Continuing Education.  Cutler Real Estate offers free and discounted Continuing Education to all members of Relo One.

What If I retire to another state?

You can still maintain an active Ohio license as long as you keep up with Ohio License Education requirements.

How much does it cost to become a Cutler Relo One agent?

$200 per year. There is also an Ohio Division of Real Estate transfer fee of $34 which is the responsibility of the transferring associate unless that associate is transferring to Relocation One, Inc. from Cutler Real Estate. In that instance, the $34 transfer fee will be paid by the Realtor transferring and then reimbursed to the Realtor by Cutler Real Estate.

What kind of income can I generate:

The Cutler Relocation One, Inc. associate is paid at 50% (of the 30% referral) until they reach $2,500 in earnings. Then they are paid at 85% until their anniversary date where they will revert back to 50%.

If you are presently a Cutler Realtor who is transferring to Cutler Relocation One, Inc, you will be provided with a new ReloOne email address.  Your Cutler Real Estate emails will be intact and historical emails viewable.  Any emails sent to your old Cutler email  will forward to your new ReloOne email address.  Instructions will be sent to you on how to access.

CRM:

If you are presently a Cutler Realtor who is transferring to Cutler Relocation One, Inc, you will receive access to a new CRM similar to what you had with Cutler Real Estate.  Features will be limited to focus on referral business.  Your contacts will transfer to your new CRM.  Instructions will be sent to you on how to access.  If you are transferring from outside of Cutler Real Estate, we can assist you with uploading your database.
