Cutler Real Estate asked Lisa a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Lisa's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I have just served as 2015 President of Women's Council of Realtors Stark County Chapter. I am involved in many community organizations such as, Louisville Chamber of Commerce, Louisville Elementary and Middle School PTO, and is serving as Pageant Co-Chairman of the Constitution Town Committee. I have served on the following committees for SCAR over the last 12 years: Communications Committee, Professional Services, Have a Heart, Norma L Good Scholarship and a member of the Board of Directors at the Stark County Association of Realtors.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I enjoy working with people and seeing people achieve their dreams. Home ownership is very important in the United States and being part of the opportunity for today's generation of home buyers is very satisfying.

3. How do you spend your free time?

I spend my free time with my family and working around our farm in Louisville. We have over 50 acres of land in Louisville along with animals. Our children keep me occupied with their activities such as baseball, basketball, football, soccer, dance, gymnastics and baton.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

My family and bible... I can't think of anything else.

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Intense.  High Metabolism.  High energy.  Positive. Caring.

My wife and I decided to move back to the area I grew up in. I called a friend of mine and asked him if he knew any real estate people he could get me in contact with. He put me in contact with Arden. We could not have had a better experience with buying a home. Arden set us up with financing  people that were fantastic. he began sending us homes that fit our search criteria the first day I talked with him. My wife and I set up 14 houses to look at on one day because we were traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio. We arrived to view the houses and met Arden's wife Lisa. That could not have been a better experience for my wife. Liisa and Arden were two of the nicest people I have ever met and that helped my wife feel better about moving our family half way across the country and putting our kids in a new school. They invited us in there home to wait on a few things we need to get finished before we left to return home. They were very informative ever step of the way through the buying process. I never had to wonder or worry about anything Arden and Lisa had it covered and communicated very step of the way. By the time closing arrived my wife and I felt like we had know Arden and Lisa for ever. My wife and I see Arden and Lisa around town on occasion and they always take time to say hello and show a genuine concern for how the family is adjusting to our new life and offer their help if needed. If you are buying a house in the Canton, Ohio area you owe it yourself to give Arden and/or Lisa a call. It will be a call you will be glad you made.

Arden and Lisa were honest, kind, patient and knowledgable. They listened to our needs, answered all our questions and never blew us off. They understood exactly what we were looking for. Our house sold in 2 days for full asking price. The whole process was easy and painless. We appreciate their  kindness and love our new house!

Arden was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I just recently purchased our first home and Arden made the process go very smoothly. He was always available to answer any questions we had.

Lisa is a warm and caring woman who, because we wanted to sell our home, she wanted to help us do just that. It was not about her commission, it was about helping us close one chapter of our lives so that we could move on to the next. She understood that although we were anxious to sell our home we were also a bit sentimental about the ten plus years we lived there. She was always available when we had questions or needed advice. Since selling our home she has not pressured us to find a new one. She understands we are taking whatever time we need to find the perfect new home for our family.
