Extended & Expanded Home Buyer Tax Credits
Congress has recently passed legislature that has extended and expanded the home buyer tax credit. In addition to first time home buyers potentially being eligible for up to an $8,000 credit, move-up buyers may now qualify for a tax credit of up to $6,500. This is a wonderful time to purchase a home and take advantage of these incentives.
