This family-owned business has been a south Columbus staple for over 30 years. They offer a wide range of fitness options, such as high-tech machines and free weights, as well as over 40 unique classes a week. They also offer nutrition coaching because they believe that lasting results aren’t only made in the gym but in the kitchen, too.

This premier yoga center offers a broad range of classes, including yoga, meditation and breath classes. Whether you’re a new student or an experienced yogi, there’s a class perfect for you. Modo Yoga is a socially and environmentally conscious studio that offers a form of hot yoga that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. Seven Studios was the dream of Julie Wilkes, who is a motivational speaker, fitness expert, inspired yogi and heart disease survivor. Julie’s life expectancy was 12 years old and has outlived that expectancy by more than three-fold. She founded Seven Studios to share messages of inspiration and of overcoming challenges. They offer some incredible classes and you can take your first one for free!

They don’t just want to see you for a quick session, they want to build a lifelong relationship and help you make lasting, healthy habits and friendships. Their facility is over 10,000 square feet and houses turf, specialty barbells, ski ergs, rowers, assault bikes, jerk blocks and plenty of other items you’ll love using.

For a completely customizable training regime — check out Crossfit Grandview. They offer multiple tracks of programming, a full-time professional staff, top-notch equipment and the support to help you be your best. They also love their community and frequently host challenges and fully catered parties for all of their members.
