Using her love of juice and history of restauranteering, she opened Daily Press. They offer a wide range of delicious toasts, paninis, salads and, of course, pressed juices!

Market Eatery

Market Eatery is a healthy dining option that you don’t want to miss in Cleveland. They have a ton of healthy (and delicious!) dishes from smoothies and juices, plant-based burgers, waffles, salads and even healthy desserts. You can even order online through their Instagram account.

Beet Jar

Beet Jar’s journey hasn’t been entirely smooth sailing. After introducing the Beet Jar brand by doing juice pop-ups throughout 2013, owners Molly Pamela and Joseph Joseph had to do some crazy things to open their official juice bar including camping outside a Vitamix store for 18 hours to get their first blenders. Because of their sacrifices, Beet Jar is doing great today and offers delicious, organic juice, salads and their famous signature sandwich: the Bravacado.
