After living in California for 10 years and using pressed juice to keep her high-stress lifestyle going, she moved back to Cleveland. Using her love of juice and history of restauranteering, she opened Daily Press. They offer a wide range of delicious toasts, paninis, salads and, of course, pressed juices!

Market Eatery is a healthy dining option that you don’t want to miss in Cleveland. They have a ton of healthy (and delicious!) dishes from smoothies and juices, plant-based burgers, waffles, salads and even healthy desserts. You can even order online through their Instagram account.

Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Cleveland Vegan Cafe creates incredible dishes without the use of animal products. They are committed to being both environmentally and health conscious and will work with you on any of your dietary needs — both in their cafe and their catering service. They offer some truly life-changing vegan options such as “Herbed Lentil Sausage Patties,” “Classic Mac n’ Cheez” and “Mushroom Stroganoff.”

They also serve bulletproof as well as regular zero-toxin coffee that ensures you aren’t ingesting any pesticides while sipping your morning brew. Beet Jar’s journey hasn’t been entirely smooth sailing. After introducing the Beet Jar brand by doing juice pop-ups throughout 2013, owners Molly Pamela and Joseph Joseph had to do some crazy things to open their official juice bar including camping outside a Vitamix store for 18 hours to get their first blenders. Because of their sacrifices, Beet Jar is doing great today and offers delicious, organic juice, salads and their famous signature sandwich: the Bravacado.
